Code of Conduct/Disclaimer


Under NO circumstances will UK Shadow Seekers tolerate the use of Alcohol or any Drugs (with the exception of proven prescribed medication) to be used or taken prior or during an investigation.

We DO NOT tolerate any obscenities of foul and abusive language. Anyone found using such offensive behaviour toward our team members, venue staff or our guests will be asked to leave.

All participants are to act in a mature and responsible manner whilst attending investigations and must ensure the health and safety of themselves and other participants at all times, failure to do so may result in our insurance policy not being valid for any claims.

Faking paranormal activity will not be tolerated, therefore we ask you not to spoil the night for others in your group. Anyone found faking will be asked to leave.

When attending investigations participants should stay within their team they have been assigned to and follow the instructions of their Team Coordinators for their safety & security. All bags should be left together in a controlled safe room and full respect should be given to the actual properties under investigation.

Any equipment placed in your charge during the night is your responsibility to look after until you return it back to a member of staff. Any damages through neglect must be paid for.

All participants MUST also adhere to any rules and regulations set out by the property owners.

Anybody found to be in violation of any of the above conditions will be immediately removed from the investigation with no refund or further investigations offered.

UK Shadow Seekers do not accept liability or responsibility for loss or damage to participant’s belongings during investigations, nor do we accept liability of any injuries, which may occur due to individuals not conforming to our Terms & Conditions or Health and Safety Regulations

You will be asked to sign a Code of Conduct/Disclaimer on arrival to all our investigations.

By signing you are saying that you have read and understand both the Terms and Conditions and Health and Safety Regulations set out by us and adhere to our Code of Conduct and Disclaimer.
