Tameside’s Resident Paranormal Group are a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization, with collectively over 30 years experience. Based in the North West region, we invite you to join our dedicated team investigating some of the UK’s most reputedly haunted locations and their history of strange occurrences, at reasonable prices.

Established in November 2007, we are proud to be Affiliated Members of the KTPF Paranormal Community and due to our professional reputation, have successfully achieved recognition within the Paranormal and Spiritual field, as we work together to better our understanding.

With 15 Team members, including a qualified Parapsychologist, we will continue to play by the rules, looking at all other possibilities first, as we try to justify these claims of such phenomena.

Guided by our Team Coordinators, you will be encouraged to participate as fully as possible and have the opportunity to use various items of paranormal equipment as we offer to give you the experience of being a Paranormal Investigator for the night.

On Investigations, we set-up night vision cameras leading to our base, in the hope to record any Paranormal Activity.

Our aim is to get you involved in our overnight vigils, guiding you through the night, allowing you to conduct Paranormal Experiments and help make the night your own. Hoping to obtain the proof that Ghosts or Spirits, do exist.

Always playing by the rules, as we try to justify the paranormal claims of activity and look at all other possibilities. Giving out just the general history about our locations beforehand as not to influence people, as if we did, we would have to dismiss the things that people may pick up.

So if you want the REAL THING that’s what we give you, if not, then our group isn’t for you. We even state in our Terms and Conditions that we never guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night of the event. As we’ve always said 'you cannot turn it on like a light switch'

We would also like to stress that all our investigations are carried out with full respect to the Owners, the property and most importantly the Spirits, as they were people too.

We are always constantly seeking new locations to investigate, as well as returning to our popular old haunts, including some that have been featured on TV programs.

Being proud supporters of the National Gulf Veterans and Families Association, Leukaemia Research Denbighshire & District, the Friends of both Bradford Art Galleries and Museums and the Morecambe Winter Gardens, we welcome anyone who would like to organize a Charitable event and the only cost to you would be the price of the location. Corporate events are also welcome.
